Rolando Chang Barrero is an American painter, curator, gallerist, filmmaker, effectiveness artist, activist and arts advocate. Born in Coconut Grove, Florida and currently resides in West Palm Beach front, Florida. Barrero been given his BFA from the College of the Artwork Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 1990.

Immediately after he opened his studio in Boynton Seaside, Barrero aided to initiate the Boynton Seaside Arts District.
Shortly thereafter with fellow artist Craig McInnis, they launched Artwork Synergy PBC, exhibiting area artists at the Palm Beach and Boca Fine Artwork Exhibits. Up coming he opened his eponymous gallery on Lucerne Avenue in Lake Well worth and then released his fourth artwork endeavor The Box Gallery with 4,000 sq. ft of exhibition area on Belvedere Street.
