
Paper Luminaries – ARTBAR
These paper luminaries commenced as a challenge for our December “Solstice” manual. I was so impressed by how they turned out that I purchased a star hole punch and just saved making additional!
The plan started out as a very simple slicing and gap punching station for children working with development paper. In our December guideline, we also counsel applying minor battery operated tea lights at household or in the classroom to set a more peaceful, peaceful temper. Placing the two together… and you have these incredibly charming luminaries!

Provides for Paper Luminaries:
~ Construction paper and/or brown paper bags
~ Straight scissors and decorative edge scissors
~ Modest hole punches (I utilized 1/8″ and 1/16″)
~ Lengthy access hole punch (1/8″) for greater items of paper
~ Glue adhere
~ Battery operated LED tea lights with distant
How to make Paper Luminaries:
1. Slice paper to unique sizes, everywhere from 3 x 7 inches to 6 x 12″. Any measurement will perform, you can always trim the sides ahead of gluing.
2. Set it out with some ornamental edge scissors and hole punch for kids. Really don’t pressure if they theirs do not seem great, it’s the imperfection that would make them charming, and also understanding cutting and punching competencies.
